    New Spirit Lance animation

    Hi!
    Well, now illusions make the Spirit Lance animation too, but while doing this animation they still can move, while the real one can't, so you still can clearly see who is the real Phantom Lancer... Needs a fix^^

    Just trying to remember how this was in WC3. Did your images stop and cast the animation like the normal hero would?

    Yes, they stopped as well as the real one.

    The thing is, logically they shouldnt ALL cast the animation. If one your images is too far to be in casting range of spirit lance, he shouldnt cast the animation for it. That's also a dead giveaway that the image is a fake too.

    The triggering range for the fake casts is limited in DotA 1 as well.

    think the range wasnt lance range but rather lance range*1.5 or smth like that
    these global fake lances piss me off

    ^The range of fake lances being a bit higher than the actual range is actually good. Because this way PL can walk first to get in range to cast it, so it's even harder to tell which one is the real one, because the one who moved could be an illu who just randomly moved.
