    Urn and Flask

    If I'm use Urn of Shadow on enemy, and he use flask on himself - then, his HP is decrease and added at the same time

    Urn should be doing direct HP removal so as to not disable blink dagger - therefore it wouldn't stop other items and abilities that are disabled by damage. Should be fine, IMO; I also think this behavior is shared in dota1 (but not sure)

    same in dota1.. leave it as it is. you can also healup during rot (lvl <3-4)
