A number of skills and items are missing flavor text ever since the 7.20 update that introduced new items and skills for various heroes as well as several new Aghanim's Scepter abilities recently introduced. While its understandable that such things would slip between the gaps, it would be a quick adjustment to add some flavor text for consistency and appeal. I provided a list of the items and skills missing tooltips, and if it is helpful, I provided some suggestions/possibilities of my own. They could be quickly applied during this Summer Scrub.

Items

Crown

Interwoven with ironwood, it is perfectly balanced despite its simplicity, and easy to augment further.

Yasha and Kaya

Yasha and Kaya, when attuned by starlight and used together, become a very dynamic combination.

Kaya and Sange

Kaya and Sange, when attuned by sunlight and used together, become a very potent combination.

Ring of Tarrasque

A scarlet ring infused with the blood of a legendary behemoth.

Holy Locket

Despite being a failure at its original purpose of mimicking the function of particular aegis, it still strengthens the regenerative properties of the bearer.

Heroes

Abaddon: Curse of Avernus

Upon the fourth chime, a chilling silence shall ensue to hasten their demise.

Anti-Mage: Counterspell

Years of meditation and obsession with revenge allows the Anti-Mage to reflect that which he despises most.

Bounty Hunter: Jinada

Whispering an enchantment he learned from Soruq to his faithful blades, Gondar targets vital tendons while severing pursestrings simultaneously.

Chen: Divine Favor

The regenerative blessing of Obelis is strengthened within the newly converted.

Clinkz: Burning Army

After years of absorbing the life of inferior beings, such hellfire can take a form more befitting his legendary archery prowess.

Dazzle: Bad Juju

While exposure to the Notl Realm further augments Dazzle's vast potential, it ends up being debilitating to those less familiar.

Doom: Scorched Earth (a recent update removed its previous flavor, but it still works perfectly well)

The Fallen One spreads destruction in his wake, sparing none from the flame which sustains him.

Huskar: Inner Fire

An explosion of inner fury keeps Huskar's enemies well within harm's reach.

Keeper of the Light: Will-O-Wisp

Calling upon an old friend from ages past, Ezalor brings forth the light in all its glory. Onlookers, on the other hand, are simply mesmerized by such a spectacle.

Lone Druid: Spirit Link

The epitome of admiration and determination between equals.

Meepo: Ransack

What’s the difference between harvestin’ gems and yer innerds? Nothin’, I tell ya.

Outworld Devourer: Equilibrium

The crystals of the Outworld produce arcane power, and the Harbinger channels it to augment his own destructive capabilities.

Pangolier: Lucky Shot

Donté has never been one to play it safe.

Spirit Breaker: Bulldoze

Barathrum's tenacity is unmatched, proving him to be an unstoppable force.

Tusk: Tag Team

Stay a while, and put ‘em up!

Scepter Abilities

Arc Warden: Rune Forge

At times, a hint of inexplicable craftsmanship serves as the true means to an end.

Grimstroke: Dark Portrait

Only a true artist such as himself can craft a masterpiece that is superior to the original subject.

Spectre: Shadow Step

An isolated instance of hysteria and torment does occasionally have merit…

Templar Assassin: Psionic Projection

Lanaya can and will safeguard the secrets, no matter where the necessity lies.

Tiny: Tree Volley

Watch out for falling… trees? That can’t be right.
