    Yep, made time to know this, not easy to understand...
    IMO, it should GLOW (not only an inner aura, a GLOW) when it's activated, and not glow when muted.

    Anyway, what we really need is an aura around people who are affected, just as dota1 :

    Look at the creeps, they've got a blue aura.
    This will make it clearer.

    Yup, the aura is key, I was a little thrown off when I never saw one.
    Change has kept DotA alive, evolving, and improving since 2002. And now DotA has an entire new engine at it's disposal, with infinite new capabilities.

    So why are there so many DotA fundamentalists/conservatives that oppose new features, options, and information?

    Embrace the change.
