    [Fixed] ForceStaff+Diffusal Blade=Almost no force push?

    So I was playing Rikimaru, I managed to stalk Prophet, I smoked him and after some time I used my Diffusal on him, but it seems that I used diffusal at the exact moment he wanted to use force staff so in the end he ended pushing himself like 200 units. We were both suprised by that. As far as I know nothing should affect Force push.

    confirmed, because Force Staff buff is dispelled by Purge

    you need to have Force Staff casted by ally (force staffing yourself/ally), since the buff will be considered positive buff to be purged by enemy (just as OP stated)

    also never notice that FS actually gives buff, weird mechanic here

    ^yea, and just like your game, since that buff is purged, the movement from Force Staff is stopped, kinda hard to reproduce it but is possible

    unit would be pushed away regardless of purge, since FS only uses SetUnitPos(x,y) rather than any buffs.

    A quick solution would be to make Force unpurgeable I guess. I believe that you can stop a force from occurring if you become magic immune(bkb, repel) in the middle of a push as well, which is not what it should happen(IMO)

    Nice find.

    Although to be honest, timing Force Staff and Diffusal Blade requires a LOT of skill, so I guess it could be intended too? :P

    bumping this, forcestaff is purgeable also by BKB and Omniknight's Repel, need someone to test in test client if these are fixed

    repro :

    force an enemy
    then immediately when forced, order the enemy to use BKB/Repel (the buff of force must be negative type)

    BKB prevents you from even using Force Staff on yourself, so yep, that's a buff.

    Forcestaff is no longer usable on yourself while being Magic Immune

    what about the purge thing? is it fixed?
