[Confirmed] Rubic Spell steal, not showing what spell he stolen

I haven't seen a post on this topic yet, however I found duplicates of everything in between.

Anyways in DotA 1 when you steal a spell the name of that spell is shown above Rubick when he acquires it, and everyone in game can see it (allies and enemies).
This is not the case in DOTA 2. Currently when you steal a spell the only way to know for certain what spell Rubick obtained (Assuming you are not playing Rubick) is to click on him and see. A harder feat when you are against him because he might slip into fog or you can't distinguish properly the icon because it is blacked out somewhat when you are not on his team.

Thought I would report it to see a fix. Unless this is an intended change, but I doubt it.

I actually wish enemies weren't allowed to see what spell rubick as stolen by clicking on him - I don't care about the overhead notification like in dota1. Currently rubick is losing alot of his surprise aspect when he jumps into a fight. In dota1 there were alot of situation where you just didn't know what the latest spell was rubick has stolen when suddenly - lina ult in your face.

Well its the same with Invoker, so I don't think that this will be changed.

Rubic Spell steal, not showing what spell he stolen

Everyone know that in DotA, spell steal give you big message
I think that this should work in same way in Dota 2. It's helpful when playing Rubick, because his animation take a while, also when you don't remember every icon of spell you often don't now what spell you have until you check decryption or try to use it. Also it's show enemy, what spell you have, and this can be very important.

On the other hand, you can click Rubick and see what spell he's stolen now. I was under the impression you couldn't do that in Dota 1?
