[Confirmed] Wisp Relocate getting stuck on Dire Side

As i ported with Wisp back to fountain i didnt destroy the forest which is a bit left of the fountain that caused me to stuck in woods. Wasnt the first time i had this issue.

    Repro:
    1. Relocate to the cliff
    2. You teleport but you wont destroy any tree where you will be set

To clarify what's going on in this issue and why it's happening; Wisp's Relocate destroys trees around the set AoE of area that has been targeted by Wisp.
Wisp, however, may Relocate to a different position than he/she/it has targeted.
Wisp should be destroying the trees around the area he/she/it actually Relocates, than the area he/she/it targeted to Relocate.
Screenshots provided by li.lo are a good example to this explanation.
