    This is the issue. The problem, as some have stated, is that fadebolt kept jumping between Wall illusions, which were recreated repeatedly as the heroes were still standing in the wall. The wall does damage each time a hero is replicated, this repeated till they were dead. The bug is with Wall, as you aren't supposed to get 'hit' by it again unless you leave the Wall.

    Closing this, Wall bug has already been reported. There is no issue with fadebolt nor spectre.
