This has nothing to do with difficulty? You're never going to keep 20points of stats on hold just so at some point if you're spamming level up keys you can gain the stats in the middle of a fight instead of having them at the start of the fight, even on morphling. At the very most you could ask for a toggle so you can keep leveling your stats yourself, but this is nothing like seeing mana bars and should definitely go in.
