    Didn't do this in a wile, you just skin model to proper bones but export model only, it was like that as far as I can remember.

    i've been doing every step in this thread (pivot point to 0,0,0, reset xform, collapse, skin to correct bone) and still my model shows up 90 degrees rotated. can anyone help?Untitled.png

    are you using fbx? try exporting as smd, occasionally this fixes a few issues with orientation.

    im using 3ds max 2014, there is no smd exporter for max 2014 yet (at least not that i know of)so i can only export as fbx
    i use the models from the requirements page and someone just told me they are outdated, and i should decompile the models from the game, but i don't know how to do that yet
