    [Confirmed] Meat Hook & kill on impact

    When I hook CM and she dies she didnt comes to Pudge but she dies on the place where she stood when the hook hitted her.

    Isn't really essential to fix but would surely look a lot better when also the corpses come back to Pudge when hooked.

    Edit: Same thing happens with Tiny. Must have something to do with the fact that they both crumble upon death.

    This is basically the same issue as ['12.07.05] Hero with aegis revives at location of death when killed by meat hook rather than at pudge

    Targets aren't moved when killed on impact, the only real implication is aegis which had been reported before. Should be merged or whatever.

    I don't think that's the same issue, unless when Tiny or CM die with aegis, they respawn where they were hit, not where they're dragged.

    well it is the same issue, but i dont want to merge it, because the aegis thing can have an impact on the outcome of the game, while the general problem in this thread is more of a cosmetic nature.

    Does this mean you don't get flesh heap count from "kill on impact hooks" as they need to die within 450 range?
    (or do this belong in the other thread?)

    nope

    • Gains Strength for enemy heroes that die nearby (450 AoE), or if Pudge kills them.

    Fixing one problem should fix the other though, surely?

    i sure hope so. but with respect to the past changes i prefer to add 2 bugs (1 general low prio & 1 specific high prio) and not take any chances.
