[Fixed] Sand Storm visual effect ending earlier

    Summary:
Sand Storm visual effect is ending earlier than it should be.
It stops the moment he stops channeling instead of when he becomes visible again.

    Repro:
    1) Pick Sand King and max out Sand Storm.
    2) Use spell and stop channeling it at some point (by blinking or moving etc)

    Result:
The visual effect stops the moment he stops channeling Sand Storm.

    Expected:
The visual effect should stop the moment SK becomes visible again (1.5 sec later for level 4), not when he stops channeling.

This is not just a visual bug, but also a gameplay bug, as it gives away the moment Sand Storm is stopped (which means it can save an enemy from wasting a spell on that spot).

but mind, that even though the sandstorm lasts for the additional fading time, the invis of sandking himself is broken instantly after using a spell (or item). hes only invis for the additional time if hes just walking out of it.
