Plenty of people bought the shirts just because of the items, and nobody's forcing you to. The US prices are $25 + shipping and plenty of normal people would be enticed into buying for that deal.

    From Jinx.com:
Includes single-use code granting access to DOTA 2 game (and beta!), and exclusive in-game item Recluse Reef Denizen.
The boxed mouse also uses the wording "EXCLUSIVE IN-GAME ITEM", so yes, they are exclusive to those bundles.

Oh, then this whole thread is pointless. If they say they're exclusive, the items won't appear in store.

the shirts and etc price are all about the same in valve store, the only differences is some items come with digital unlocks.

but some people who want only the digital ingame items have no choice but to pay alot of keys just to get em. fair??

There's no exclusive wording on the valvestore, but neither does it mention the fact that any of the digital unlocks also grant access to the Beta as well (such as Jinx mentions), so the valvestore is the worst source of information regarding them ironically. Both third parties that sell the goods refer to the items as exclusive, one being on the box of the actual product.

So without a doubt, they are indeed exclusive. They also give beta access.

Didn't know they gave beta access! That is awsome... However I bought two t-shirts, and I can confirm, on the piece of paper that includes the digital-access code it says "Exclusive Item"! So yes I believe it is exclusive, otherwise I feel jipped.

Is it really that bad to allow people to buy them? Especially if you live in Asia(where a large portion of the Dota 2 community is situated) where it will end up costing 40+ USD to get it shipped here... At the very least allow some other way for us to obtain them without suffering from the shipping expense
