    [Confirmed] Magnus [Empower] adds dmg based on current value, not when casted

    In dota1 it adds value based on cast time. This is relatively big deal for all dynamic stats changes: morph, armlet, OD, undy, future slark etc

    I think this is a good change, but of course it's different from classic DotA so must be reported.

    Nope, still based on current damage and not that of the cast time.

    imo intended fix. New interaction makes more sense.

    Double damage already behaves like that. Don't know about other buffs.
