low-end graphic card makes DotA 2 a sad panda

This is what happened when I tried DotA 2 on a high-end processor, high-end RAM, yet low-end graphic card computer from college :

This happened while spectating a random game in directed mode.
Surprisingly, it is only fixed while using the player perspective.
If anyone is interested, I will provide more info on the computer which it was tested on.

Dota 2 doesn't support scaling down just yet.

No need for specs, its 100% Intel integrated graphic.

Actually, from what I can remember, it was a Radeon X100 something. So it's not integrated, but still pretty meh.

I have the same issues, my specs are pretty average and above the recommended requierments for this game but yet my video card/graphic card is Intel(R) 4 Express and it drops my fps to 10-20 In-Game. Which bothers me a lot no matter how low my resolution is. Will they implement a lower quality version to the game?

Intel integrated cars are NOT for gaming. Yes, they will implement ultra-low graphic, but still don't expect more than 20-30 fps.

I remember there were console commands for Source which allows lowpoly models and lowres textures.

    Wait, here they are:
    r_fastzreject 1
    mat_disable_bloom 1
    mat_specular 0
    r_3dsky 0
    r_dynamic 0
    r_shadows 0
    mat_dxlevel 81
    muzzleflash_light 0
    cl_ejectbrass 0
    cl_show_splashes 0
    r_decals 0
    mp_decals 0
    r_drawmodeldecals 0
    r_waterforceexpensive 0
    r_waterforcereflectentities 0
    r_drawdetailprops 0
    cl_phys_props_enable 0
    cl_ragdoll_collide 0
    cl_ragdoll_fade_time 0
    cl_ragdoll_physics_enable 0
    cl_forcepreload 1
    mat_picmip 10
    mat_showlowresimage 1
    mat_bumpmaps 0

    Copy/paste those in the Steam\SteamApps\common\dota 2 beta\dota\cfg\config.cfg

I guess that makes sense. To bad though, I probably should get a new video card to fix this issue.

You can't play Dota 2 in low res.

No official word on this but I am pretty sure when the game will be optimized (which it is not atm), it will run on latest intel cards.
