    [Confirmed] Fatal Bonds and Death/Reincarnation interaction is wrong

    Summary:

    If a unit that has been affected by the Fatal Bonds (Warlock) dies, the Fatal Bonds effect gets removed. The Fatal Bonds should overcome death.
    This issue can be important for the cases with fast buyback, Bloodstone instant-revive,
    and especially
    Reincarnation with Skeleton King or Aegis of Immortal.


    Reproduction Steps:
    1. Grab a random hero, do not level him up
    2. Create an allied random hero
    3. Create an enemy Warlock with Fatal Bonds
    4. Give your random heroes a Bloodstone, optional
    5. Cast Fatal Bonds on your random heroes
    6. Kill one of the heroes
    7. As the dead hero gets respawned, attack the other hero


    Current Result:

    The Fatal Bonds is removed from the hero who died.


    Expected Result:

    The Fatal Bonds shall persist even after death.


    Considering the fact that Fatal Bonds duration is 25 seconds long, this bug becomes important for the case where a hero who was bounded with the Fatal Bonds reincarnates.

    Fatal Bond on Meepos.

    I dunno whether is this intended or a bug.

    This was what happened...
    I was playing Meepo and opponent has a Warlock who cast Fatal Bond on me (hit few Meepos). After I died and bought back instantly, some of my Meepos still have the Fatal Bond buff.

    EDIT: Sorry, no screenshot for it and can't find the replay.

    In fact it should not persist, this was the current behavior in Dota 1. Should confirm anyways

    Ahah, well...
    Then I better shall add a warning on the original post to not test all these reincarnation based issues on Meepo clones :D

    It is still bugged the same way.
    Tested on both DotA and Dota 2 once again to make sure after seeing shideneyu's claim. I think he might have been decepted with the visual getting disappeared on dying units, which is only visual.
    And apparently, Dota 2 is not bugged on this only for Meepo clones. The rest are just like they were before.
