    [Fixed] Whirling Death hp regain on str heroes should be flat, not percentage

    It's probably the same issue as OD gaining amount, and int lose/gain threads here.

    dota2:


    when unit restores life as You can see on vid it's:
    107-94 = 13

    expected of course 4 lost str * 19=76 same as Undying Decay etc.

    (dota1 vid but since 15% works there way different then in dota2, Treant loses 2 str not 4, but regains correctly 2*19=38hp)

    Surely that bugfix:
    Fixed Whirling Death not restoring enough HP after the debuff wears off

    How about its interaction with int heroes and their mana?

    Mana still bugged:


    It should be restored absolutely instead of relativistic.
