    I can't play DOTA2 ATM because of that. Hopefully it will be fixed anytime soon. I can offer any trace route or info if you need.

    Same issue, playing on SAmerica Server. Since this new patch, about 3 to 5 disconects in the same game, 3 abandons and 4 days on LPQ for that. Very Annoying.

    Ping is normal, but packets are jumping like crazy.

    It's like playing the game with a video card from 20 years ago.

    Same stuff happening to me >.> i thought this was only for the SEA server so i tried using AUS server and boom still had the same shit happening to me

    Same here , SEA Server pings absolutely fine , ie most of the time its <70ms , but "IN" - incoming packets skyrockets to 1000+ at times.

    Same problem here, and the latest patch(Elder Titan, 2nd of May), didn't helped anything. Even if I go watch a game like observer, I also get the uncompressed update from server message on my console, and the observed match become laggy. It'd be great, if the developers would say something about this issue, at least that "we are working on it" or something... There any many threads about this issue on forums btw.
