    Valve is adding 3 more ISP providers. This should all improve and all the current connection will hooked up. Please be patient.

    As far as i know. Sri lanka should not have a problem connecting to Valve servers in Singapore. StarHub is directly peer with ISP there.

    You should use Perfect world servers since you are playing from Guangdong.
    Yeap the problem is with StarHub. Sending your case to StarHub backend if they can further optimise the route.
