    Yes it is, the command is

    Code:
    playdemo typematchidhere
    The replay file is named after the match id you can get it from ..\Steam\steamapps\common\dota 2 beta\dota\replays\"matchid".dem

    These feature will probably come later when the "Dota2 offline mode" is properly done.
    Offline mode was properly done in this last update. (Psst: look at the screenshot in the OP )

    Guys, do any of you could finish a bot game in offline mode?
    When I try, it always disconnects before the first creep wave and and a window appears "Warning Disconnected from server No Steam logon"

    +1 +1 or can we switch downloaded to library content? it seems library available in offline mode. so we can watch replay without connection

    The problem is, if you want to use that command, the replays have to be in the ..\Steam\steamapps\common\dota 2 beta\dota folder, so you have to manually move the replays. Also, the lack of an offline Replay library makes it hard to determine what replay you're watching (Teams, heroes etc...)
