    The armor and the MS/AS reduction of Lich's Ice Armor and Ogre Frostmage's Ice Armor stack.

    What is the intended behavior? Does the armor stack but not the slow? Or do the buffs override each other?

    They override. They're both based on frost armour. But the same can be said for Rabid and Bloodlust not stacking too. It could be a clean-up (of sorts) between the two games.

    pretty sure the ultimate goal is to let every spell stacks freely

    It's a bit peculiar to have an "ultimate goal" that was achievable in DotA 1 all along.

    well, it's a goal, and ultimately will be achieved... so sorta "ultimate goal"
