    Rupture damage interacts with spells and items it shouldnt interact with

    Irrelevant since 6.82: The pure damage type is intended


    This spells and items should fully ignore Rupture damage, they should not reduce, amplify or block the damage in any way, nor should the damage trigger spells which react on damage events.

    Bristleback reduces damage when facing away from caster does not reduce damage when facing away from caster
    Living Armor blocks damage and uses up charges does not block damage and does not use up any charge
    Snowball takes no damage while rolling does take damage while rolling, however does not die from it (1hp)
    Echo Stomp wakes the target up as soon as it can wake up does not wake the target up
    Sprint amplifies damage by 15% does not amplify damage
    Kraken Shell adds to the 600 damage threshold needed to trigger the debuff effect does not add to the 600 damage threshold
    Infest takes no damage when the host moves does take damage when the host moves, however does not die from it (1hp)
    Aphotic Shield blocks damage, adds to the damage threshold needed to trigger the explosion does not block damage, does not add to the damage threshold needed to trigger the explosion
    Borrowed Time blocks and heals for the damage, triggers Borrowed Time when below 400 hp does not block and heal for the damage, does not trigger Borrowed Time when below 400 hp
    Omnislash takes no damage during the slashes does take damage during the slashes, however does not die from it (1hp)
    Waveform takes no damage while waving takes damage while waving, however does not die from it (1hp)
    Refraction blocks damage, uses up charges does not block damage, does not use up any charge
    Sleight of Fist takes no damage during the slashes does take damage during the slashes, however does not die from it (1hp)
    Fire Remnants takes no damage while moving to the remnants does take damage when moving at a speed of less than 1300 units/0.25s, however does not die from it (1hp)
    Timewalk takes no damage during the walk does take damage during the walk, however does no die from it (1hp)
    Backtrack chance to go back in time and evade a damage instance no chance to go back in time to evade a damage instance
    Corrosive Skin triggers on every damage instance, poisoning the caster does not trigger to any damage instance
    Dispersion blocks the damage and disperses it does not block the damage and does not disperse any of it
    Spiked Carapace blocks the next instance of damage, damages and stuns the caster, uses up the one charge against the caster does not block any instance of damage, does not damage and stun the caster, does not use the charge against the caster up
    Mana Shield reduces damage, drains mana does not reduce the damage or drain any mana
    Ball Lightning takes no damage while rolling does take damage while rolling, however does not die from it (1hp)
    Nightmare wakes the target up as soon as it can wake up does not wake the target up
    Penitence amplifies damage does not amplify damage
    Cold Snap triggers on every damage instance does not trigger on any damage instance
    Soul Catcher greatly amplifies damage does not amplify damage

    Nothing should interact with Rupture at all, since it is HP-removal.

    I am sort of surprised by bristleback and refraction, but unsurprised by the others. You will probably also find that it's increased by Sprint and MoM active.

    hp removal isnt working at all, and valve doesnt care

    It's not that they don't care, it's that they can't fix it due to the limitations of the source engine.

    Love it. Inb4 HP removal gets changed to Hero Universal damage in dota 1.

    But seriously, they just haven't defined damage types like they should've

    I hope we'll have HP removal skills properly working one day. Having this "universal-pure" instead is bullshit.
