Recently i've changed my Chat Wheel hotkey to CTRL+V and noticed this small bug which can make you die/lose last hits/etc after using chat wheel.

How to Reproduce:

1)Press & Hold ALT+{Key};
2) Release {Key} first, then ALT;
3) Chat Wheel will hang on the screen until you use ALT+Key again with sucess.

Expected:
The Chat Wheel would send the nearest command as text.
