There's a 370MB download on Windows test clients; is this related / intended?

Windows specific files were updated because we changed the code, which causes the windows binaries to rebuild as well. Today's test patch is focused on Mac and Linux specific fixes and is not a full content patch.

Thanks for getting the Chatwheel and the Radial cooldowns working properly.
The problem with the Steam overlay decimating frame rate as documented in Issue #96 is still present. I think that this issue alone is causing the majority of bad framerate reports. While the fps is not as good as Windows, with the In-Game community setting off, it is significantly closer. If there is anything you need me to do to try to track this issue down, please let me know! I think this is one of the biggest issues still remaining in the client!

No issues so far with this one. I have overlay disabled, so I can’t say anything about that, but overall performance is significantly better, and client doesn’t crash anymore.
